WHAT IS CROSS-LINKED POLYETHYLENE?

All our cross-linked polyethylene grades combine the positive characteristics of a plastic: high resistance to ageing, high resistance to chemicals, reduced emission values, exceptionally uniform density, they are odourless and suitable for hot moulding processes. Furthermore, the possible applications of polyethylene are almost unlimited: from automotive engineering or the packaging sector, through countless industrial applications, to medical and orthopaedic technology.

We have cutting lines to manufacture all kinds of pieces in cross-linked polyethylene foam according to standards or drawings in various types of materials and thicknesses. To meet all the needs of our customers, we offer polyethylene in different qualities, densities and colours, as well as in selected mixtures. The supply of cross-linked polyethylene foams can be offered in sheets or pieces transformed by die-cutting, cutting, boring, milling, gluing or thermoforming.
