OUR HISTORY

From a small warehouse to a large international company

The origin of MODISPREM takes us back to the year 1973 to a small warehouse located in the Villamayor neighborhood (Zaragoza). Here, Don Antonio Fañanás began to transform polyurethane foam by manufacturing shoulder pads for textile manufacturing.

Currently, MODISPREM is an international reference in the conversion of plastic foams and textile products for the entire industrial sector and, in particular, for the automotive industry.

Moving to Zuera (1.979)

Transfer of our facilities to an old flour mill in the town of Zuera (Zaragoza), on an area of 5000 m2. Markets and materials diversified, developing a line of products for the home.

(1.987) Continuous growth.

It leads us again to move the plant to the current location, expanding the facility to 20,000 m2.

First certification. (1.998)

The diversity of our markets and the demands of our clients mean that we are certified with the ISO 9002:1994 quality standard.

(2.002) We developed a new foam transformation process through molding and thermoforming, building 2,500m2 within our facilities.

Obtaining ISO 9001:2000 certification. (2.003)

(2.008) We obtain ISO 9001:2008 certification.

This time of the logistics facilities in 1,600m2, reaching a total of 20,000 of which 15,900 are built

(2015) We obtain UNE-ISO/TS 16494 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications.

We successfully obtain IATF 16949 and VDA certifications. (2018)

(2.020) COVID-19

Despite the situation caused by COVID-19, Modisprem maintains its leadership position, closing the year with positive figures.

Committed to an effective environmental management system, we obtain ISO 14001 certification.

(2.024) New extension.

We built a new 2,000 m² warehouse, exceeding the 18,000 m² covered area.
