Impregnated foam specially designed for engine and wall cladding and those applications requiring M1 fire performance.

Description:

It is an absorbent material formed by impregnating polyurethane foam with a vinyl solution, which endows it with excellent characteristics with respect to reaction to fire.

 

Applications:

Firegen can be used as a barrier for foamed fabrics for wall coverings, cinema seats, carpets…

Decorative and functional wall coating. It meets aesthetic and acoustic requirements and the highest standards of reaction to fire.

Supply format:

This material can be supplied in sheets and rolls in different lengths and maximum widths of 1750mm. Its thickness ranges is from 5 to 30mm.

 

Acrylgen

Impregnated foam with watertight characteristics, ideal as a sealing gasket. The composition of Acrylgen causes the cells to close achieving a watertight product, depending on the degree of compression.

  • Colour: Back, white, grey
  • Density: 75-100 Kg/m3
  • Elongation: 210-25 %
  • Tensile strength: 110 – 160 KPa

Description:

Acrylgen, is an open cell polyurethane foam impregnated with a mixture of acrylic resins. This impregnation treatment provides the foam with air- and water-tightness characteristics depending on the degree of compression it is subjected to.

Applications:

  • Expansion joints in sandwich panels and prefabricated concrete
  • Interior and exterior sealing of window frames and glass surfaces
  • Thermal and acoustic insulation
  • Seals for the automotive sector

This material can be supplied in sheets and rolls in different lengths and maximum widths of 1750mm. Its thickness ranges is from 5 to 60mm.
